Mikhaela is the heart behind LUEUR — a Trichologist and Senior Esthetician who believes healing should feel human, grounding, and calm.

She’s also the founder of Vancouver Lash Lift and a Canadian sub-distributor and educator for one of the world’s leading lash lift brands. Deeply community-driven, Mikhaela finds purpose in uplifting others and creating spaces that inspire connection, confidence, and care.

Outside of work, she’s embracing life with her new puppy and building a home filled with love, laughter, and growth alongside her fiancé.

Juliette is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 2013. With over a decade of experience, she has loved every moment and opportunity this career has brought her way. Her approach goes beyond technique — she values connection, care, and the privilege of supporting each client on their journey toward healing and wellness.

Outside of work, Juliette cherishes time with her family and friends, always mindful to never take those moments for granted. You’ll often find her embracing her own wellness through movement, nature, and mindful living — a reflection of the balance she inspires in others.

Marfhela is a Registered Nurse whose heart has always been rooted in caring for others. With years of experience as an ICU nurse, she brings both compassion and precision into everything she does. Alongside her nursing career, she also earned her Medical Aesthetician certification, combining her medical background with her passion for aesthetics.

At LUEUR, Marfhela will be focusing on medical aesthetics—helping clients feel confident and cared for through safe, professional treatments.

Outside of her work, you’ll often find Marfhela cooking, enjoying quality time with her family, or immersing herself in music and Broadway shows.

Kelly is a Registered Nursing student and an Esthetician with nearly a decade of experience in the art of beauty and care. Her approach blends precision with empathy, creating experiences that nurture both skin and spirit.

Deeply compassionate by nature, Kelly’s warmth shines through every interaction — she believes beauty is most powerful when it’s rooted in kindness.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her spending time with her family and fiancé, or simply being a light in the lives of those around her.

Karissa is a Skincare Enthusiast who fell in love with facials long before making it her career. Specializing in Korean skincare, she brings a gentle, detail-oriented approach that focuses on glow, hydration, and lasting results. Outside of the spa, she loves dancing, kickboxing, paddle boarding, raving, and spending time with her two cats.

Nothing makes her happier than seeing clients leave with glowing skin, a smile, and feeling completely relaxed.

Glow is not only our beloved MOMager, she’s also the face behind the name LUEUR — meaning “glow” in French. She makes sure our operations run smoothly, offering honest feedback that helps us continuously grow. From testing services to joining in on changes with us, Glow ensures that every detail is cared for.

On weekends, you may find her warmly greeting you at reception — sometimes with her homemade Yema spread in hand. Outside of LUEUR, Glow runs her own business, Glow Gourmet, specializing in Filipino delicacies that reflect her creativity and love for sharing joy through food.

Christian is our Wellness Operations Manager, the creative force who brings our visions to life. From events to décor, he is the one making sure every detail reflects our goals and creates the experience we imagine for our community. With a background as a Pharmacy Assistant, Christian blends organization with artistry—ensuring everything is executed with care, precision, and beauty.

When he’s not overseeing events, Christian enjoys exploring his creative side and finding inspiration in new ideas and designs. His eye for detail and passion for bringing people together make him an essential part of our team at LUEUR.

Elise is a warm and welcoming presence who helps clients feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning. Guided by a natural curiosity about people and what brings them ease, she brings genuine connection into every interaction.
